Registration Form

To register, select the option by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button. Repeat for additional registration options. When you are done, click on the “View Cart” button which will be take you to “Your Shopping Cart” page (a new page window will open) where you can adjust quantities, checkout, or continue shopping. Payment can be made via your PayPal account by clicking on the “Check out with PayPal” button. Alternatively, you can click on the “Checkout” button followed by a click on the “Pay with a debit or credit card, or PayPal Credit” link to pay with a bank account (from a list of currently 24 banks), debit or credit card, or prepaid gift card.
