Group Reservations

Please reserve your room as soon as possible! The NYSCAA room block has a limited number of rooms set aside at the discounted rate for reservations made by July 8, 2019, or until the room block is full. If all of the blocked rooms are reserved prior to July 8, 2019, the hotel might be able to add more rooms to our block at the reduced rate, subject to room availability at that time. Reservations after the July 8, 2019 cut-off date will be made at the prevailing rate at Marriott.com. This group rate is a substantial discount to what can be obtained outside the room block. We suggest making your reservation as soon as possible. You may reserve a room using the special NYSC Reunion link below.

• Guest room block available for the nights of August 1, 2, and 3, 2019.
• Discounted rate of $105 plus tax per night for a room with 1 King bed or 2 Queen beds.
• The room rate includes free parking, free breakfast and wifi.
• Hotel guests may arrange for free airport shuttle service (on request) between the SJC airport and the hotel.

• Each individual guest must make his or her own reservation by using the link above or by calling Patricia Ramos at (408) 453-3133 ext 420 or email her at patricia.ramos@interstatehotels.com. Guests making such reservations must identify themselves as members of the Group with Group Name: NYSC Annual Reunion 2019. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. If a guest does not cancel a reservation within 72 hours before 3:00PM of the guest’s check-in date, then the hotel may charge the credit card one night’s room fee plus any applicable taxes.
• This hotel has a large breakfast area that is separated from the main lobby and hotel rooms. This area is ideal for impromptu gathering. Outside of breakfast hours, this large area is a perfect “home base” conducive to conversations, games, sharing memorabilia, getting to know each other, etc. We will plan to be in this area Thursday and Friday evenings to allow all reunion attendees (including hotel guests AND locals who want to drop in) to casually congregate in a welcoming space large enough to accommodate our group. We will provide snacks and drinks on Thursday evening during check-in and again on Friday night after we return from our activities.

Lodging Elsewhere

We understand that the host hotel may not meet the needs or preferences of all attendees. Feel free to make your own alternative arrangements. Perhaps you prefer to stay at one of the bazillion other area hotels, an AirBnB, or couch surf with alumni/friends/family in the area!
