We have a tentative schedule online.

Basically, we plan to do the following:

  • Re-meet old friends and meet new ones. Learn what everyone is doing (those that want to tell us...)
  • View archives of 40 years of NYSC in photo format and other memorabilia
  • Participate in seminars in fields of interest and develop our mentor program. Joint business opportunities may exist as well!
  • Learn how NYSC has remained relevant for 40 years and review the plans for continuation and development
  • Outdoor activities -- a few new traditions and some we experienced at Camp!
  • Visit the 2003 NYSC at Camp Pocahontas and interact through lunch and joint seminars
  • Most of all, have fun in the hills of West Virginia!

Interested in presenting a seminar? Contact Steve Blasberg at .

Outdoor Activities and Excursions

We'll definitely have lots of outdoor activities and excursions! Help us by voting for the ones you'd like to participate in during the reunion.

Reunion 2003 will be based out of the Mountain Lodge at Snowshoe. While we recommend that you stay with the group up at the Snowshoe site, there are also several local "bed and breakfast" cottages at the bottom of the hill in Cass and other locations.

See our Accomodations page for lodging information at Snowshoe Mountain (room rates good until June 4, 2003 ... but may be available after that date, just identify yourself as an NYSCAA reunion attendee!), room sharing support, and alternative housing links.

Want to share a room? Contact our Roommate Coordinator Rita Foley (MI 1980) at or (313) 226-9520. Also, check our Roommates Needed section for attendees seeking roommates.

David Hackleman (OR 1969) will be spearheading this reunion. Please see the Volunteers page if you are interested in helping out.

If you have any questions or are interested in coming, please email the reunion organizers at or call David Hackleman at (541) 745-7121 in Oregon.
