Please register as soon as you can. Deadline without late fees is July 11, 2004 (PDT).

Meals:
Most meals between Thursday dinner and Sunday breakfast are included in the registration fee. Breakfast and bag lunches will be available in the hospitality room. Thursday dinner will be a picnic, and Saturday dinner is the banquet. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements in the comments section below.

Saturday's Banquet:
If you would like to invite your friends, family members, or significant other to join us just for Saturday evening's banquet, please choose the dinner option under registration fees.

Accomodations:
Please see Accommodations link for more details. We are booking the rooms at the Handlery Hotel in San Diego's Hotel Circle in bulk, and the rooms will be released on July 12th. We will be providing a check for the rooms and a participation list to the hotel at that time. If we do not have your confirmation and check by that time, you are not guaranteed a room or the reduced rate.

Room Sharing:
Each hotel room has two double beds. If you are traveling as a single and would like to be set up with 1 or 3 roommates, register below as such, and fill in the roommate section with your preferences.

Financial Aid:
Please do not let lack of funds stop you from attending this reunion! There may be financial aid available for student alumni. Please contact the organizers for information.

For alumni registering after July 11th, please contact the Handlery Hotel directly at (619) 298-0511. Identify yourself as a "National Youth Science Camp Alumni Reunion" attendee to find out if the reduced group rate is still available.
